Lee Klein checks out SoFi sleeper The Dining Room, about which he writes, "There is no bullshit here." Instead, "the restaurant has been putting out some truly delicious fare." Among that fare: "a pristine, pan-seared square of halibut, gorgeously bronzed," "charred leaves of Brussells sprouts, an ethereal parsnip puree," and "slow-braised pork shoulder that's "no less scintillating." As for the wait between courses, well, Klein says "You let it slide. Because the chef is really good. And the waiter is really good. And therefore dinner at the Dining Room is really good. It is that simple." [MNT]
