Hints & Allegations: SoFi Edition

sofistuff.jpgThough it may be hard to believe, South of Fifth isn't all steakhouses. Philippe's moving in and, it seems, will be joined by a few other types of cuisines. Coming soon to the warehouse space that was reported to be everything from Morimoto to Rosa Mexicano: Milos, a branch of NYC, Athens and Montreal Mediterranean restaurant. Across the street in the old Au Pied de Cochon space: yet another French restaurant, but not before the almost $50,000 a month space is renovated. Yep, you read right. $50,000 a month. As for Geronimo, the bar opening in the old radio station: after alleged millions pumped into the place, we hear the owner still can't get a liquor license and it's radio silence for now. Stay tuned.
