The Feds are cracking down on Royal Palm Beach's outpost of Hurricane Grill and Wings, a local chain with headquarters in West Palm Beach. The US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing the restaurant for allowing a Palm Beach County Sheriff's officer to repeatedly sexually harass waitresses and proposition them for threesomes. The officer in question is Deputy Commodore Bradford, who allegedly would call waitresses over to view explicit photos of himself and his wife as well as attempt to take discreet photos of the servers. When the waitresses presented Hurricane Grill's management with the problem, no action was taken. Furthermore, when the restaurant learned of the waitress' legal action, she was fired in retaliation. ---Matt Tylka [EaterWire]
