Food Network Magazine has named the short rib pizza with slow-roasted rib meat, aged gruyère, caramelized onions and arugula from Michael's Genuine Food & Drink as one of the best 50 pies in the country, which is pretty swell considering Michael Schwartz is opening a new pizzeria. [FNM]
