Shortly after opening in June, executive chef Joey Giannuzzi of eco-friendly DIG restaurant in Delray Beach is calling it quits. Giannuzzi had partnered with owner Robert Greenfield to open the "green cuisine" restaurant but has since cited philosophical differences and a desire to focus on his main squeeze, The Green Gourmet.
