STK_logo_medium.pngIt's a sign of the times. First, Philippe introduces a less expensive concept in Boca Raton, where prices are said to be 30 to 35 percent lower than the Miami and New York location, and soon, STK will introduce its own "high-end, yet less formal dining spot," STK OUT, debuting in NYC September 1 with one in Miami to open "eventually," says a rep. The menu will feature burgers, salads, wraps and cutesy things, too: Mac N Cheese Bites, Sweet Potato Tots, Black & Blue Acai Smoothies, and Sweet & Salty Shakes. Average item price: $9. "This is STK’s kid sister. She’s going to show the world she’s got the same genes, but her own vibrant personality,” says Jonathan Segal, CEO of The ONE Group. And a funky name, right Lee Klein?
