Ex-Barton G. Chef's the New EC at Boca's SPIN Ultra Lounge

Status: A bit of Vegas comes to Mizner Park in the form of SPIN Ultra Lounge, conceptualized by ICRAVE Design, the masterminds behind Crobar NY, Pangaea, Sugarcane, and Provocateur. The 6,100 square foot space contains a stage, dance pit, DJ booth, day beds, and three large bars, one of which is indoor/outdoor. Pulsar LED walls transform the room to the beat of the music. If that doesn't get your feet tapping or your head spinning, there's also a small plates menu created by Executive Chef Jason Feinberg, formerly of Barton G., with prices ranging $5 to $15. On the menu: Mini Kobe Beef Corn Dogs with Dipping Sauces, Almond-Crusted Brie with Strawberry Balsamic Coulis, Tuna Poke, and All-Natural Chicken with Artichoke Flat Bread.
