paul%20hell%20kitch.jpgEveryone knows about the "sunny place for shady people" stigma tacked on to pretty much the entire state of Florida, but the Sunshine State is also a hotbed for Hell's Kitchen alumni (See: Paula DaSilva, Ralph Pagano and many more), some who may or may not fall into the previous category as well and only one, Danny Veltri, who has taken home the grand prize of a "job" at some highfalutin restaurant with a highfalutin salary. Hoping to be the second is a 26-year old Paul Niedermann, junior sous chef from Davie and a 2007 alumni of Johnson & Wales University North Miami, who will be hosting a private viewing party for the show's finale at his alma mater, which also hopes to claim a Hell's Kitchen winner for their future enrollment drive.
