Carmine's La Trattoria Opening in Kendall

Palm Beach mainstay Carmine Giardini is opening his 11th South Florida restaurant, Carmine's La Trattoria, a 385 seat, 9,000 square foot Italian concept and bar in Kendall at The Palms at Town & Country on January 27th. The ever expanding Giardini has 6 CG Burger restaurants throughout South Florida, Umi Fishbar & Grill in Palm Beach Gardens, and Cinco in Coral Gables to his name, as well as two other projects slated for 2012. "With the sucess of La Trattoria in Palm Beach Gardens, I felt it was time for me to return back to the Kendall market and introduce an exciting Italian restaurant to the area," Giardini said. La Trattoria will serve a traditional central Italian cuisine focused on long standing family recipes with signatures like Lasagna Al Forno, Vitello Saltimbocca - a veal filet scaloppini, and a large array of brick-oven pizzas.
