Status: Opening to the public on Friday, January 13, Blue Collar Restaurant will offer "contemporary comfort food" by chef/owner Daniel Serfer in the space formerly known as American Noodle Bar.

With 20 seats inside and 18 outside, the cozy spot will serve, among other things, Pork and Beans Smokey Bacon, Berkshire Sausage, White Beans, Fried Egg, Toast; Shrimp and Grits Trugole Cheese, Neuske Bacon, New Orleans Style BBQ Sauce; and the Crispy Skin Snapper Rock Shrimp, Vegetable Fried Rice, Red Curry. There's also a selection of homemade pastas and a rotation of over 20 vegetables from the ‘VEG Chalkboard,’ offered daily. “Everyone that comes to Blue Collar Restaurant should feel like we are old friends.
