Chef Richard Sandoval is bringing a taste of Dubai to Miami with Toro Toro, opening at the later this month. A pan-Latin steakhouse, Toro Toro will be at the InterContinental Miami, which is getting a facelift. This will be Sandoval's second Miami restaurant after the James Beard Award-nominated Kokoriko Natural Rotisserie in Brickell. [Miami.com]
