Looks like chef Thomas Keller may not be opening a spot in the Mandarin Oriental after all. At least that's what Miami.com has concluded. After running through the rumor mill for quite a while during the summer on whether or not Keller was coming to open a spot since chef Joel Huff left Azul, it seems that now that's not looking too promising.
