Michelle Bernstein to Head the Kitchen at Pop-Up Show

Miami favorite and James Beard award-winning Michelle Bernstein of Michy's and Crumb will soon add a pop-up to her list of dynamic dining. ORCHID, coming to the Design District, is a "theatrical pop-up entertainment experience" that will be set in "The Pleasure Garden" on Biscayne Boulevard and Northeast 38 Street. Think of it as a Moulin Rouge meets Cirque du Soleil meets garden dinner party. And Bernstein is providing the eats. Her menu, for dining either pre or post show, will include truffle popcorn, lobster salad sliders, and her popular Michy's fried chicken. The Grand Opening of ORCHID is November 14.
