David Bracha to Open Oak Tavern in the Design District

Good news for the Design District: David Bracha, Executive Chef and Partner at The River Seafood & Oyster Bar, will be opening a second restaurant this fall in the former Andalus location. Bracha told Eater it will be called Oak Tavern, serve modern American food, and that he's aiming for a soft opening November 1. This will no doubt be a great addition to the neighborhood; it'll be right around the corner from Harry's Pizzeria, sitting on Northeast 40 Street just off North Miami Avenue and down the street from Michael's Genuine.
