Good news for the Design District: David Bracha, Executive Chef and Partner at The River Seafood & Oyster Bar, will be opening a second restaurant this fall in the former Andalus location. Bracha told Eater it will be called Oak Tavern, serve modern American food, and that he's aiming for a soft opening November 1. This will no doubt be a great addition to the neighborhood; it'll be right around the corner from Harry's Pizzeria, sitting on Northeast 40 Street just off North Miami Avenue and down the street from Michael's Genuine. Stay tuned as it gets closer to the opening date.
