The historic Biltmore Hotel has announced Chef Arnaud Berthelier as the new Chef du Cuisine at the hotel's Palme d'Or restaurant. The James Beard-nominated Chef Berthelier, who worked previously with the Ritz-Carlton group around the world and at Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe, brings his training of traditional French fare with him to the Palme's Parisian menu.
