Next month, on the night before the Third Annual Eater Awards, 10 of the country's hottest chefs will cook their best dishes at a monster party in New York City called Eater Eve. While the Eater Awards is for the top chefs, restaurant, and industry talent, Eater Eve is different because you're invited. On the eve of the big awards night, the line-up of chefs will cook their dishes for the public at The Bowery Hotel complete with an open bar, making it a night for the books. What's more, Miami's very own Jeff McInnis of Yardbird Southern Table & Bar will be repping the 305 as he is one of the 10 selected chefs being flown in to show off his skills with Southern fare for the Eater Awards and Eater Eve festivities. Tickets are now on sale for this epic, all-star chef bash on Sunday, November 11.
