It looks like the vacant space at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach will finally have a replacement for David Bouley's Evolution, failed in 2007. The same investors behind La Goulue, Bal Harbour's french bistro, will be bringing their recipe for success to SoBe, hopefully for a longer-lived venture than Evolution's year. No word yet on the concept or its expected opening date. [Miami.com]
