Pubbelly Empire Strikes Back, Opening PB Steak in 2013

The Pubbelly guys are at again, taking over the former Georgia's Union/Joe Allen space on Miami Beach for their newest concept, PB Steak. According to Miami.com, the Pubbelly team - founding partners Jose Mendin, Sergio Navarro, and Andreas Schreiner - will open PB Steak in 2013 with a focus on "juicy cuts of premium, locally sourced steak" and also offering "a mouthwatering collection of shareable small plates to uphold the Pubbelly tradition of sharing." Along with their new concept, the team is adding mixologist Ashley Danella, formerly of Hakkasan, to organize their beverage program.
