The folks over at Harry's Pizzeria are starting the 2013 season of Chef Pop-ups with a crush on everything pig, bringing in two national chefs famed for their love of pork. Chicago's Paul Kahan, executive chef and partner of the Windy City's avec, Blackbird and The Publican, will be bringing his farmhouse fare to the Design District on January 15 for Publican Quality Meats Pizzeria. Following up Kahan, New York City's April Bloomfield, the chef behind The Spotted Pig and recent cookbook A Girl and Her Pig, will be showcasing her love for everything that oinks at Harry's on February 20 for Spotted Pig Pizzeria.
