Miami's favorite pastry chef Hedy Goldsmith of Michael's Genuine Food & Drink who just released her first cookbook, Baking Out Loud, has tweeted out loud and clear this morning about her frustration with back of house staff in Miami.
UPDATE: Hedy tweeted earlier this afternoon to clarify what she meant by her previous tweet: "Let me explain... MIA resto's have amazing BOH staff, finding the next generation of young culinary grads proving to be difficult at best."
