On Monday night, November 26 at 7:30p.m., those who have reservations for the $110 dinner will have a special prix fixe meal prepared by SUGARCANE's head chef Timon Balloo. Five courses include a carrot curry soup, cured anchovies with a harissa flat bread, swordfish, crispy sweetbread, and stone crab tortellini.
