Yesterday Short Order reported that Villa Azur was hit with 20 code violations, after which they received a letter from Azur's attorney. The attorney's letter said the violations were not current at Olivier Martinez's restaurant and that by not clarifying in the article that they "have been corrected and no longer current, renders the publication defamatory per se." Apparently the formal staff training is the only outstanding violation and will be completed Monday. [SO]
