Giorgio Rapicavoli is back from his U.S. culinary tour and excited to reopen Eating House for good in the next few weeks. Among the new additions, joining Rapicavoli and his partner Alex Cassanova will be chef and partner Henry Hane of a Michelin-starred restaurant in Spain, Miramar, and former sous chef at Sra. Martinez. Rapicavoli says Hane will be bringing "his sick technical knowledge and experience" to the kitchen. Some menu updates will include liquid nitrogen and foie gras waffles, and Rapicavoli promises to offer the same popular "stoner brunch" as before. Stay tuned. [Miami.com]
