The video gives you a look at what goes on each Friday at midnight with Chef McInnis and the Yardbird crew. He brings in a new chef each week to feature from other restaurants around the area, many of them friends of his, to prepare a special meal with their signature items for the family-style communal table. This Friday's guest is Adrianne Calvo from Chef Adrianne's, with guest chefs in early 2013 coming from places like The Dutch and BLT Steak. Be sure to make a reservation by calling the restaurant, because seats fill up fast at these gatherings open to the public and industry folks as well.
