Bougainvillea's has acquired South Miami's craft beer spot Cervezas. Announced last night via the two bar's Facebook pages, the take over shouldn't worry dedicated goers of Cervezas that it'll change much. Bougie's says on their page: "We want to continue focusing on the things that we and the current patrons love about it." [SO]
