The Setai Grill and The Setai Lounge, new concepts adjacent to the Asian-influenced The Restaurant at the Setai, opened yesterday. Both are in a more tucked away space next to The Restaurant, complete with a mother-of-pearl communal table, private wine room, and chef's kitchen counter. At the helm, Executive Chef Mathias Gervais and Chef de Cuisine Thomas Griese are serving up a variety of butcher custom-cut steaks and anything else you can throw on a grill, accompanied by French sauces.
