The 50 Eggs Restaurant Group has even further plans of hatching its empire, with its sights now set on The Big Apple. CEO John Kunkel says they're looking to open a Yardbird outpost in NYC and are currently scouting locations for where to bring Chef Jeff McInnis's popular fried chicken. With the opening of Khong River House today, and Yardbird's sister Swine Southern Table & Bar soon to follow, things just continue to boom for these guys. [-ENY-]
