Khong Gets a Blessing from Thai Monks

On Monday, Khong River House opened its doors to an influx of Thai-hungry diners ready to see what 50 Eggs Restaurant Group's latest creation was all about. Chef Bee and 50 Eggs CEO John Kunkel already have ingratiated themselves in the Thai community by visiting a Thai temple and farm, from which they get their produce. And now, on opening week, Kunkel invited Thai monks in from the local temple to perform a blessing on the new restaurant. It looks like an already pretty successful first week; a blessing from Thai monks is pretty legit.
