George's Kitchen in Midtown Opening This Month

The affordable French restaurant George's is making its way through Miami. With locations in South Miami and Coconut Grove, next up for George is the ever-growing Midtown market. This third outpost is dubbed George's Kitchen, and is taking a more upscale approach. It's just a jump away from Gigi next to ISA Boutique on North Miami Avenue and 34 Street. The sign on their door says the following: "A new upscale restaurant and lounge opening in December 2012", along with email addresses for resume applications (aykegeorgeskitchen@gmail.com and loftmidtown@gmail.com) as they're still hiring staff. From a quick peek at things, the open-air kitchen looks to be coming along with copper furnishings and a large dining area. No updates yet on the lounge (or what was previously said to be a loft) component. Stay tuned.
