Status:As we told you earlier this week, opening sometime in March, Villa Azur promises to be a glitzy offering from, among others, Halle Berry's actor boyfriend Olivier Martinez, who says "The design of Villa Azur is absolutely breathtaking and I am very excited to be joining my friends and business partners in opening a restaurant in Miami which is one of my favorite cities in the world. From the cuisine and drink menus to the overall atmosphere and ambiance Villa Azur will definitely bring that authentic South of France lifestyle to South Beach." Executive chef is Mickael Bensa, who promises French and Italian fare. Partners are restaurateur Jean Philippe Bernard and nightlife promoter Michael Martin.
