Hot Chefs Round 1, Heat 1: Balick v. Goldberg v. DeRosa v. DaSilva

This morning we announced Eater's Hottest Chef in Miami competition and first round voting starts now. Today, we're kicking things off with four chefs going head-to-head and you get to decide who is the hottest in this seed. That winner goes on to compete in the top eight. Voting will end tomorrow when we post the next four.
