To start February off with a bang, it's the moment everyone's been waiting for: the Second Annual Hottest Chef in Miami competition, as decided by Eater readers far and wide. Here's how we're going to do it: 32 chefs will compete in eight preliminary rounds of four chefs each, with Eater Miami readers doing the voting. The winners from each round will then compete in the finals to determine the dreamiest, sexiest, hottest chef in Miami, who will then go on to compete on Eater National against the winners from our sister sites around the country.
