The people have spoken, and Frita Shop's Alberto Cabrera won on the seventh day of voting in Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition with 350 votes. St. Regis Bal Harbour's Antonio Bachour came so, so close with 343 votes, while NeMesis's Mica Edelstein had 120 and The Fed's Cesar Zapata had 10. On the chopping block today we have Andrew Carmellini (The Dutch), Michael Pirolo (Scarpetta), Adrienne Grenier ( 1500°), and Michelle Bernstein (Michy's, Sra. Martinez, Crumb on Parchment). May the hottest chef win, and remember: no funny business with the voting. [EaterWire]
