The votes are in and The Eating House's Giorgio Rapicavoli won a coveted spot in the finals of Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition with 917 votes. Molly Brandt (Allure of the Seas) had 790, Jouvens Jean (St. Regis Bal Harbour) had 274, and Paola Goldberg (Route 9) had 201. In today's second and final round of semifinals we have: Todd Erickson, Executive chef, Haven; Jose Mendin, Chef/partner, Pubbelly, Pubbelly Sushi, Barcelonetta; Alberto Cabrera, Chef/owner, Frita Shop; and Adrienne Grenier, Sous chef, 1500°.
