Chef Suvir Saran will be guest cheffing at Café Sambal at Mandarin Oriental, Miami from 6pm to 10pm Wednesday, March 7, 2012 through Sunday, March 11. Saran, for those unfamiliar, is executive chef at Devi, the Michelin rated Indian restaurant located in New York City, and was a contestant on Top Chef Masters.
