Congrats to Eliakim John Acuna of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Miami, who won the S. Pellegrino Almost Famous Chef South Regional competition and the chance to compete at the finals competition to be held at The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, in Napa Valley, Calif., March 9-12.
