The people have spoken, and St. Regis Bal Harbour's chef de cuisine Jouvens Jean won the second day of voting in Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition with 79 votes. Hedy Goldsmith had 30, Vanessa Paz had 25, and Thomas Connell had 8. On the chopping block today we have: Ivo Mazzon (Joey's), Giorgio Rapicavoli (Eating House), Jeff McInnis (Yardbird Southern Table & Bar), and Daniel Serfer (Blue Collar).
