South Beach Wine & Food Festival is very near, but for those who don't want to spend hundreds of dollars waiting on lines for burger samples, in honor of their corporate chef Eric Parker's participation in the Burger Bash, Duffy’s Sports Grill will be featuring his entry, the Kobe South Beach Sliders, on the menu at all 24 locations for the month of February, beginning on Saturday, February 4th. The sliders, made with American Kobe Beef, cave-aged gruyere cheese, a Heinz® 57 Sauce-based emulsion, pancetta, roasted tomatoes, micro greens on a grilled brioche bun are served two to a plate with fries and are $9.99 all month long.
