The people have spoken, and Pubbelly's Jose Mendin won on the sixth day of voting in Eater Miami's Hottest Chef Competition with a whopping 598 votes. STK's Aaron Taylor had a respectable 394, Fabrizio Pintus of TiramesU had 182 and Michael Schwartz had 34. On the chopping block today we have Antonio Bachour (St. Regis Bal Harbour), Cesar Zapata (The Federal Food, Drink & Provisions), Micah Edelstein (NeMesis Urban Bistro), and Alberto Cabrera (Frita Shop). May the hottest chef win, and remember: no funny business with the voting. [EaterWire]
