Event ambassador is Michael Schwartz, the first recipient of the Snail of Approval Award. Judges Chef Art Smith, Lee Schrager, Iron Chef America executive producer Bruce Seidel, and food critic Victoria Pesce Elliott will be on hand as chefs Simon Stojanovic (Altamare), E. Michael Reidt (Area 31), Giancarla Bodoni (Escopazzo), Julie Frans (Essensia), Paula DaSilva (1500 Degrees), Monica Rios (Green Table), Philippe Reynaud (Ocean Reef), Kris Wessel (Red Light), Richard Hales (Sakaya Kitchen), Alex Pinero (Sustain Restaurant + Bar), Mark Zeitouni (The Standard), David Bracha (The River Seafood & Oyster Bar), and Andrea Curto-Randazzo and Frank Randazzo (Creative Taste catering) will provide the food.
