They are: Simon Pettigrew, Four Seasons Miami (general manager, Miami); Lee Schrager, South Beach Wine & Food Festival (festival director, Miami); Jonathan Lazar, Sustain Restaurant + Bar (managing partner, Miami); Jamie Bissonnette, Coppa (chef, Boston); Timon Balloo, SUGARCANE raw bar grill (chef, Miami); Clay Conley, Buccan (chef, Palm Beach); and Blake Anthony Micheletto, Prime Italian (assistant general manager/sommelier, Miami Beach ). In full disclosure and with major flattery, they invited me to be a judge, too, and am checking to make sure date, time, etc. is, er, kosher before I can accept.
