Things have matured, shall we say, but the new brunch at Eos, starting this Sunday, is far from a staid affair. A DJ will spin as executive sous chef Jorge Ramos dishes out Crispy French Toast, Short Rib Hash, Passion Colada Smoothies, Lobster Scramble, “Arepa Preparada” and “Chori Frita.” Brunchers get a free mimosa, too.
