La Côte is one of Miami Beach’s only dining venues with direct beach access for locals and hotel guests alike. Here, Chef de Cuisine Christina Coupet, under the direction of Fontainebleau Miami Beach executive chef Thomas Connell, has created an extensive menu — an artful blend of flavorful Mediterranean cuisine and the fresh aromas of Florida.
