Status: Tim Lipman is leaving his fish days behind with the opening of his, uh, whimsically titled farm to table concept, Coolinary Cafe in the ever-growing Palm Beach Gardens' Donald Ross Village neighboring Chef Allen's Burger Bar. The former executive chef at Leftovers Cafe and Food Shack in Jupiter (which recently got some love from NBC's Today host Hoda Kotb), Lipman is bringing down home cooking to the north county with a menu full of comfort food such as his savory rendition of chicken and Waffles, served with grilled lemon, coleslaw and a jalapeno cheddar waffle. Other big-boned staples include: a pecan wood smoked BLT sandwich, a brisket chuck short rib burger, and rabbit tacos.
