Johnson & Wales University North Miami will honor Top Chef alum Lindsay Autry, a JWU alumnus, as a Distinguished Visiting Chef on Friday April 27th at 7 p.m. at the JWU North Miami Campus. The open to the public four course menu created by Autry will feature local green salad, pan seared Florida snapper, hand-rolled ricotta gnocchi with braised lamb shank, and a sumac scented genoise.
