Say what you will about food bloggers, but some of them are a charitable lot, helping to stuff other peoples' faces instead of their own for a change. The 2012 Miami Food Bloggers Bake Sale on April 28 is part of the National Food Bloggers Bake Sale, a coordinated effort between food bloggers all over the US benefiting Share Our Strength’s “No Kid Hungry” movement by helping fund after school and summer feeding programs. Last year, Miami food bloggers raised nearly $2,000. To join the fundraising, blogging team or to find out ways to help this year, sign up on the website. [EaterWire]
