Be a Judge at Cochon Heritage BBQ This Labor Day

Cochon_EMIA-2.jpg

Did you snap the best food shots at Cochon 555 Miami on Sunday? A close
up of the massive chicharron from Michael's Genuine? Or winner Michelle
Bernstein’s PB&J Sack Lunch made of liver pate, braised belly, and lemon
whipped lard "jelly"?

Bernstein (of Michy’s, among others) swept the title of Princess of Porc in
the pig-loving town of Miami on Sunday, April 1st. After beating out other local chefs, Team MB is now headed to the Grand Cochon in Aspen, Colorado.

We want to see how you captured the night.
Send us your photos from the evening to the “Beat the Winemaker" national photo contest. The grand prize is an all-expenses Official Judge's seat at Cochon Heritage BBQ in Memphis this Labor Day (3 days of bourbon, BBQ and music) and a reserve case of hand-selected wines. Let's see what you've got. >>
