A powerful combination of cuisine and sand has officially launched on the beaches of Sandy Isles at the Trump International Hotel with the opening of Bella Beach Club. From the minds of ageless nightlife veteran Tommy Pooch and his business partner Alan Roth, Bella Beach will offer sun-kissed Mediterranean inspired fare, including a South African lobster tail drowned in butter, whole grilled fish of the day served with fire roasted corn, and a selection of mini wagyu burgers, all served on the white sands of the all day beach retreat. The beauty of the Bella Beach Club is that your only worry is the amount of sand that might sneak into your caviar.
