Starting Wednesday, April 18 at 5 p.m. and taking place every week thereafter, The Palms Hotel & Spa along with Essensia chef Julie Frans will take you on a free tour through the hotel's organic garden. Frans will also pick some ingredients harvested in that garden and prepare a tasting served with a sample of wine for her hungry tourists. Seen sprouting in this garden basil, cilantro, thyme, parsley, sage, chives, collards, kale, radish eggplant, peppers, celery, carrots, pea tendrils, and black eyed peas.
