In celebration of its one year anniversary, Miami-based Chat Chow TV wants to get you drunk and is giving away free cocktails via a Twitter promotion for old and new followers. From now until May 15th, the TV folk will be randomly scouring the TwitterSphere for people tweeting about any of the Florida restaurants that have been featured on the show and then sending them money (between $5 to $15) for a cocktail via Twitter.
